NuRoof Fortify — newer asphalt shingles
For roofs up to about five years old. The treatment penetrates the shingle before weather and UV have done their work, so you are protecting a roof that is still in good condition rather than trying to rescue one that is not.

NuRoof Revive — older asphalt shingles
For roofs roughly six to twenty years old. Condition matters more than age here, which is what the free assessment is for. Where there is still material to work with, Revive restores much of the roof's original appearance while extending its life.

Elastomeric membrane — commercial roofs
